We have more then 10 different models of thread rolling machines to meet the customer’s requirements. Mainly, 2-roll thread rolling machines are suitable for solid type work pieces. 3-roll thread rolling machines are suitable for pipe type work pieces. Depending on the work piece diameter, length and thread requirement, we will recommend the most suitable models for the customers.

After so many years in the field of both thread rolling machines and thread rolling dies, we have learnt the heat treatment progress plays a very important factor for the quality of thread rolling dies. Therefore, in year 2000, UNIFY thread rolling set up an heat treatment factory, Toyogen Industrial Co., Ltd, together with our material supplier.

The blank material was heat treat by Japanese TECHNO-two chamber oil quenching vacuum furnace. By the function of “oil quenching”, the element of the steel will be well mixed. The higher rigidity and higher wear-resistance we can have for the thread rolling dies.

UNIFY thread rolling will produce the thread rolling dies according to the international standard requirement as ISO standard of Metric standard sizes, trapezoidal screw threads, ASME standard for Inch UNC, UNF sizes, ACME sizes….ect…., therefore, a profile checking is also important before sending the thread rolling dies to customers.

The thread rolling dies were ground by REISHAUER thread grinding machines, the dies profiles were checked by the HOMMEL profile projector or optical projector. So that the profile of thread rolling dies can be sure to follow the international standard requirements.

You Mei factory was located in DongGuan, China. YouMei owns the production line for the thread rolling dies only.

The current equipments for thread rolling as:

• Reishauer thread grinding machines 7 units
• Reishauer thread griding machine (CNC mode) 1 unit
• Reishauer gear grinding machines 2 unit
• Japanese gear hobbing machines 2 unit

The blank material of thread rolling dies are imported from Taiwan, and use the same equipments as Reishauer thread grinding machines & the profile checking (Hommel) as Taiwan. The quality of thread rolling dies can be ensured as the same level as Taiwan.

In the other hand, YouMei also does the sales and the repair for Unify thread rolling machines. Youmei will keep the standard mode thread rolling machines as extra stocks, the customers are welcomed for the visiting to discuss the details.
